| A few weeks after a routine service a defective component started to leak. I returned to Willow Ridge to voice my concern,My van was immediately looked after, I was given an other vehicle over night ( no charge) the labour charge was changed to my benefit, Once again setting a very high standard For others to try to reach. Thank you |

| Stellar customer service from start to end! Details and costs are discussed for the service/repair with an explanation - no confusion! Upon completion, bill is reviewed and you never have a "surprise" added to your bill and then there is a follow-up call to ensure that all is well ... it is actually nice to spend money here. | I've been bringing my car(s) to Willowridge for several years as I live a few blocks away. in every instance, they've been friendly, patient, and seem to always have what's best for the vehicle in mind. I have never felt pressured to do something unnecessary or extra. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Willowridge for many years to come. |

| Fantastic customer service! I switched from Canadian Tire to these guys and could not be happier with the service I get. At Canadian Tire, it always seemed like my car needed so much extra work done and it was quite expensive. With Willowridge Auto Service, they're transparent and honest with me about what my car needs and whether it's truly necessary or not. It can be hard to find auto service shops that are honest and trustworthy but I truly feel like my truck is in good hands with these guys. They're trustworthy, caring and so helpful! :) |

| My Chrysler town and country started misfiring and i just did not want to go to the dealership even though was just a few mins away from them. I thought this is the perfect time to give it to Randy and believe me... the moment i called him and he spoke to me and offered me a solution i was immediately calm but that did not stop there, immediately after i dropped the car late in the evening, he called me the next day and informed me of things going on and kept me updated. I wanted to service my transmission and brakes and he did it for me perfectly. When i say "perfectly" it means he offered me options. Pros and cons, Explanation, price breakdown, necessary or not necessary. No oversell. Genuinely an awesome guy with an awesome crew. I would never take my car anywhere else. Its been a week with my van now and there are so many small things i see about how it rides and it just puts a damn smile on my face. I am very particular about my cars and Willowridge has been the best. Ever!!! I wish them to continue the great work because my future generation will continue solving car issues with you. |
